1. Per Regional Memorandum No. 150 s. 2019 dated August 7, 2019, in partnership with the Department of Health, all DepEd Offices, elementary and secondary schools are enjoined to participate in the conduct of the "Sabayang 4 O'Clock Habit para sa Deng-Get-Out Activities" which started last August 6, 2019 and shall be conducted every day thereafter.


2. With the declaration of the National Dengue Epidemic in the country caused by increasing cases of dengue victims, this activity aims to promote safety among our school children and personnel.

3. All DepEd key officials and personnel are advised to intensify public awareness and religiously conduct the 4S strategy against Dengue at homes, offices and schools.

4. Attached are Regional Memorandum No. 2019-045 and Department Memorandum No. 2019-0307 of the Department of Health for reference.
5. Immediate compliance and dissemination of the Memorandum is earnestly desired.
